The Ministry of Ports, Delivery and Waterways (MoPSW) has directed Delivery Company of India (SCI) to expedite the method of demerger of non-core belongings of the corporate to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Delivery Company of India Land and Property Ltd (SCILAL).
