Covid-19 vaccination: India administered over 13 lakh doses on June 23

India vaccinated over 13 lakh folks towards Covid-19 on Thursday, June 23, in keeping with the official information from the Ministry of Well being and Household Welfare.

As per the information, as of seven am, June 24, India had administered 13,71,107 complete doses of the Covid-19 vaccine within the final 24 hours. This included 40,760 first doses and 4.98 lakh second doses administered to the beneficiaries aged 18+ years.

32,431 first doses and 99,453 second doses had been administered to beneficiaries aged 15-18 years. 96,300 first doses and a couple of.27 lakh second doses had been administered to the 12-14 years cohort.

1.08 lakh precautionary doses had been administered to beneficiaries aged 18-59 years within the final 24 hours whereas 2.69 lakh precautionary doses had been administered to beneficiaries aged above 60 years, healthcare staff (HCW) and frontline staff (FLW).

India has administered 1,96,77,33,217 complete doses of the Covid-19 vaccine general. 

This consists of 91.75 crore complete first doses and 84.06 crore complete second doses that had been administered to the 18+ inhabitants. 6.02 crore complete first doses and 4.81 crore complete second doses had been administered to beneficiaries aged 15-18 years.

3.61 crore first doses and about 2.20 crore second doses had been administered to the beneficiaries aged 12-14 years whereas almost 45.36 lakh precautionary doses had been administered to beneficiaries aged 18-59 years and three.86 crore precautionary doses had been administered to beneficiaries aged above 60 years, HCW and FLW general.

Uttar Pradesh has administered the best variety of complete doses among the many States with 33.83 crore doses. It’s adopted by Maharashtra with 16.88 crore doses administered to this point and West Bengal with 14.14 crore doses. 

Covid-19 instances
