Binny Ltd plans to promote 600 acres of its windmill lands in Tamil Nadu for a complete consideration of ₹36 crore.
In a communication to the Bombay Inventory Trade, the corporate mentioned at a gathering held on Thursday, the board authorized the proposal on the market of the lands situated at Perungudi and Veppilangulam villages in Tirunelveli district at ₹6 lakh per acre.
The announcement comes after the board on June 18 authorized the corporate’s proposal to develop its 12.43 acres of land situated in Valasaravakkam, Chennai into residential flats on Joint Growth with Radiance Realty Builders India on Income Sharing Mannequin.
The corporate’s share value on the BSE closed at ₹232.65, down 0.73 per cent.
